Board of Directors
The Board of Directors provides strategic oversight and ensures accountability. The Board does not determine individual research findings or dialogue outcomes.
Executive Director
The Executive Director leads day-to-day operations and programme delivery.
Management Team
The Management Team oversees research, dialogue, policy and operations.
3. Legal status
Mundigak Center for Dialogue, Policy and Research Ltd is a company limited by guarantee, registered in England and Wales.

4. Independence
Mundigak operates independently of political parties, governments and armed actors. All funding and partnerships are assessed to safeguard the institute’s integrity and independence.

Governance oversight does not determine individual research findings, dialogue outcomes or policy conclusions. Mundigak’s conclusions follow evidence, analysis and structured dialogue.
